Manor Farm Music Terms and Conditions

A few things we need our festival-goers to be aware of to make sure it all goes smoothly and everyone has the best festival possible:

Tickets

Tickets will be made available in advance of the festival via www.manorfarmfest.org/tickets.htm and via local outlets.
Tickets for tent pitches must be made in advance and are strictly limited.

Advance tickets will be posted prior to the event.

Car Parking is free

No under 18s will be admitted on site without an accompanying adult
(min 1 adult per 4 under 18s).

No tickets will be refunded or exchanged unless the event is completely cancelled, when only the face value of the ticket will be refunded.

Tickets are for the festival and not for one specific artist. Although festival organisers will use their best endeavours to present the line-up as advertised, the line-up of artists cannot be guaranteed.

Should one or more artists cancel, the festival will go ahead as normal. Refunds will not be given in these circumstances.

The Site

Tickets are issued subject to a licence for the event being issued by the local authority. The festival is subject to licensing laws.

Please respect our site and leave it as clean as you found it. Recycling bins and bags will be available on site – please use them!

Glass bottles are not permitted anywhere on site, including the camping area. If you wish to bring alcohol with you please
transfer it to another container before you arrive at the festival.

Fires and BBQs are not permitted anywhere on site, particularly the camping area where they present a fire risk.

Please respect others by not playing live or recorded music in the campsite after midnight in the main camping area..

Please respect our neighbours and other locals. Their support is essential for the event to continue in future years.

Please help make our festival a happy experience for everyone by treating the event, the site and people around you with respect.

Please remember that the stewards and other participants are volunteers doing their best to help everyone have a safe time.
The rules and regulations are designed to ensure everyone's safe enjoyment of the festival.

The Festival Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or to eject anyone acting in an aggressive of disrespectful
manner towards other festival goers, members of staff or the festival site.

The Festival Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or to eject anyone not complying with rules laid out in these
Terms and Conditions and on site.
